Note:-
1. Prices are firm and escalation free.
2. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion
of the Company. Price ruling on the date of Booking and acceptance
by the Company shall be applicable.
3. Other charges as indicated in allotment letter shell be
payable additionally.
4. Project will be completed within 18 months with penalty
clause.
5. Registration charges shell be payable at the time of possession. |
